Yes I am still around. I know it's been too long between entries. I have not been very productive on the stitching front. I have finished a couple of small things. I have also worked on Shepherds Bush's fold, but have not finished. I would love to be able to tell you there was some exciting thing that has kept me from stitching but nope. Just pure laziness.
On the hubby front...he is training for the Virginia Beach Rock and Roll 1/2 marathon. It is at the end of the month. He is doing great much, much better than I would be doing. I could not run in the heat like he has.
Being I don't have stitching to share I will say good night. I will try very hard to post sooner this time.
Happy Stitching!

Herbal tea by CCN
The Needlework Shop by CCN
My new start is Shepherds Bush's fold project A Full Heart. I started it yesterday. I love stitching any Shepherds Bush but this one is going to be fun too. I hope to be finished very soon. I'm not speedy but I am steady. Keep watching for updates. No picture yet but one this weekend.😋

Spring arrived
Hi!
I think Spring has sprung here in Chesapeake, VA. To me it is a wonderful thing, except of course the pollen has also come to visit.
I have stitched very little lately. I have trained and ran in two 5k events. I don't mind the training part but the actual running sucks. Running on a tread mill is very different then running on street or grass. Tread mills are more my thing. I did run these event and met my goals. Which were to finish and not finish last. On both races I accomplished these goals. I have not signed up for any other races but I'm sure my daughter will change that soon.
I did finish LHN's Herbal Tea. I am also on the very last little bit of CC Needlework Shop. I am hoping to finish it tonight just after I post this blog.
HAPPY SPRING!!!

Happy Happy New Year!
I hope your New Year is wonderful!
I went to Christmas Town in Williamsburg. It was so awesome! I hope to back next year. The lights, the sounds, and smells put me in the Christmas mood. Yes, I know Christmas is over but I so could have used the push earlier this season. I just didn't feel like it was Christmas and now New Years.
Speaking of New Years, I started it off to a good start. My hubby and I went for a four mile walk. We did it in an hour. Good pace I think. My next thing to do is...yep you guessed stitch. I'm off to the shower and then to settle in to work on the Needlework Shop. I have been struggling with the idea of a New Year start but I think I'm going to just stick with working on my current project. What about you new project or not?
